You're still getting a high ping on hop 9. It's possible that's due to the distance. Unfortunately, I can't think of anything else to try. Since you can't see the lag and your tests can't prove there's lag, it's not something we can really verify it's happening. It's definitely not unusual for people to believe their team is slower than another, but we haven't found any evidence that this is happening. If you can get video of specific situations where you feel your team is being slowed down, I'll review it.
just that when I play, no one else uses the connection .. but now something is happening with the connection because the game shows me a very high ping which has not happened yet, so tomorrow I will solve it with the operator and make a new UO trace and try the game to try what it will be do and let you know .. today is just something wrong and unfortunately I do not know what..
Hello, this morning I did new tests, and I tried the match, so 1 third was great, but from 2 third the delay started .. most on the video I attached .. the defender after the bulls when the pass goes to him makes a senseless move and loses complete control over the puck. And on the second video in the situation behind the opponent's goal, I will lose the puck without visible contact ..
Thank you
Hello, I'm sending another delay in the game, a shorter video shows how we are not able to turn the opponent around the puck and especially the moment when he stabbed him and nothing happens. And in the second longer video, the game time of about 17s to the end is alone in front of an empty goal and he is not able to react in time...
It looks like you were pressing up when receiving the pass. If you could get a replay showing the controller overlay, that would help determine what happened. As far as the second video goes, the puck was knocked loose through incidental contact with the defender. Their stick contacted the puck which knocked it loose. This is normal behavior.
In the first video, I assume you're talking about the missed poke check at the 8 second mark. If so, that's what happened. The poke was too early and missed the puck. For the second video, can you give me some more details? I'm not sure exactly what the issue is. Thank you.
I'm sorry, but I'm not seeing any issues with your video. Unfortunately, I can't think of anything else to try. An advisor might have some other ideas.
