Is there a way to update Xbox 360 roster without internet connection??

I currently don't have the ability to get an ISP in my area - been told it won't happen for some time - so I was hoping there was a way to download the updates onto a thumb drive and install that way?? It's mildly frustrating (for eg. that I have Colton Orr on the Leafs and no Winnik, etc.)

    We do not have official information if that will work for sure but from my understanding, as long as you get all the latest patch/update files and transfer it to your Xbox 360 hard drive from a flash-drive, it should work.

    Thank you for the reply, very much appreciated .. now I have the daunting task of searching for downloadable files for the next time I have access to a laptop.

    You could try to download the update files just from a friends Xbox but the roster updates for console NHL are not online to access it via a PC. You have to get it from the XBL store aka via saved game data on a Xbox 360.
