Issues with the 33-team Franchise Mode's 33rd AHL team

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Control the 33rd team in a 33-team franchise mode - finish the expansion & entry drafts & then try to edit a player on the 33rd team's AHL affiliate Also try to play a game in the 33-team franchise mode with the 33rd AHL team.
What happens when the bug occurs? The player you try to edit has no body. The pants and legs are there along with the hands, stick and a floating head, but no jersey or body. When going to play a franchise mode game wiith the 33rd AHL team the game doesn't load the players in the side-selection screen and freezes
What do you expect to see? In franchise mode's edit player mode - I expect to see a full player when I go to edit a player on the 33rd AHL team's roster When going to play a franchise mode game with the 33rd AHL team - I expect a player for each team to show up on either the home and road sides of the screen like they do when selecting sides in play now mode.

When editing a player on the 33rd AHL team in a 33-team expansion draft Franchise Mode the players upper-body is missing except their hands and their floating head. And you also cannot enter into a game with the 33rd AHL team in a 33-team Franchise.
