@EA_BlueberryThese create a modes have been In the games for years/ they're extremely identical as last year (new names added to the create a player is the only big difference I can think of) how the hell does it take this long to fix them? We can't even get proper controller vibration strength, if any at all.
BAP mode is somehow worse in ways coming in from NHL20 mainly because you're stuck in the NHL barely at a 70overall, getting my * kicked (tried spending all preseason getting benched, I made the final roster) turning down the difficulty n sliders so me n my team can be better just ruins the whole game mode, I can only really play this mode until create a modes are fixed but I just hate it so far, so I'm stuck playing franchise mode. using a NHL team is ruined with Carlen repeating the same lines about the same players, every game.
Guess we have to play the card game portion of this hockey game/ pay extra money for EA to actually want to care, having these modes in the game aren't even an issue, it's how the offline modes have been developed compared to them. If EA didn't put more effort into making money off microtransactions and actually cared about proper game development for everyone, we'd get a better game all around. Glad so far I wasted 80$ to use up some space on my PlayStation cause this game has done nothing but sit there, and I really want to play it too lol.

The latest update was to help address players getting desynced from CHEL and HUT games. While I'm not trying to devalue the urgency of your request to get this specific issue fixed here, ensuring players are able to play the game without experiencing technical issues is a higher priority and seen as a larger concern across the entire community. If possible, the team can squeeze in fixes for other issues for emergency updates but it is generally more on the rare side. The team is aware of this issue and from the forum standpoint it's a top request we are seeing on the forums. We are letting them know this daily it's a feature of the game that is highly important to you all. We will continue to let them know what we're witnessing here on the forums and thank you for your patience on waiting for this to be addressed. When we have updates to share surrounding this we'll post them here.

It's one thing to put all your resources to develop and support one game mode over the others, it's quite another to sabotage the other game modes to artificially increase player count on HUT. A basic function of the game is not working and it taking 2 weeks to be told "wait longer" is obscene and some bait-and-switch nonsense.
Like two tweeks and still not fixed. EA when these bugs is fixed? we all waiting that. Its not a big problem to fix.

Could you please let us know an ETA on when this will be fixed? I appreciate you getting back to us and that the team is aware of the issue. It's one thing if there aren't any new features to "create a team," but we spend our hard earned money on your product that advertises "create a team," a feature we are unable to play because of this issue.
I sincerely do not put the responsibility on the employees and workers, so I hope you don't take it that way, but I've emailed executives my concerns with this as an EA customer and shareholder.
Just would really like to know when I can plan to actually play the game I bought, so please let us know an estimated ETA, if the patch will fix an existing franchise mode (or will we need to re-start), and if there will be any new features/logos/anything in the new patch to make up for this botched error.

@SPARTAN9326Basically when they moved it over to the new engine they half assed the integration for the create a modes, and figured they'll fix it sometime later since they clearly care more for the modes they make extra money off of.
They were so fast to release an update to fix issues stopping people from playing the online modes, apparently the people that use the create a modes only aren't as a priority since they don't see this as a "significant impact on players being able to play the game at all from a technical perspective." many people use play by play names/ jersey numbers/ vibration/ AI being able to take tripping penalties n etc. as a way to play the game properly (these are just basic functions that've been around pretty much forever) if they don't work It's a pretty big impact on us not being able to play the game at all from a technical perspective.
