Jersey numbers completely missing with custom teams

Man with all the stuff not working correctly in this years game like custom jersey numbers and create a player names in EA database not being recognized in game it just seems to get worse. It seems each new day there's always a surprise playing this game. What happened now to the game presentation?? Before, if you scored a goal it would show the player who scored the goal as well as shots of the crowd holding up signs as stuff. Now its a 30 second clip of the team mascot and nothing else. I think at this point it is safe to assume that EA's attempt to transition the game to frostbite was a total failure. The game play is robotic and the graphic texturing is terrible. I turned on NHL 21 last night and was blown away at how much smoother the game play was and even the graphics were better. NHL 22 is basically Madden on ice. All the things we have absolutely hated about madden such as choppy robotic gameplay has infected NHL. I have tried so hard getting into this game but it's just not possible. At this point being a month old, It's safe to assume the game is shot. The ONLY thing I can vouch for is EA made a serious attempt to update the player recognition tool for players already in the game and drafted rookies. That really is the only thing I hold onto in franchise mode. However, their lack of an attempt to fix the create a player name recognition as well as create a player jersey numbers is 100% inexcusable. I've been busy but I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in attempt to get my money back as this game presents consumer fraud. No company likes to deal with the constant contact from the BBB so maybe if multiple users not happy with EA do this they might do something. If this post gets removed I will also include that moderators name in the BBB complaint as well. EA moderators need to understand that this is not considered a priveldge to us its more of a hastle to get EA to do their job
