L2 & R2 buttons stopped working

I was playing NHL 18 for a few hours when I lost the functionality of my L2 & R2 buttons. I switched controllers since I was in the middle of a game, and I had the same problem with my other controller. This leads me to believe it is not a controller issue. I have tried to reset the controller snd this did not work. I tried to restore default settings but this also did not work.

Has anyone else had this issue?

    That’s odd, can’t say I’ve seen any other reports of this, other than with the Xbox elite controller.
    Try deleting the game data file and reinstalling it. My only guess is that a file corrupted and it’s affecting those inputs.
