What happens when the bug occurs? Getting penalised for long shifts when the opposition is in the attack. As an ice hockey player you cannot change lines when the other team has the puck and is on attack. Doing this (especially when your bench is at the opposing teams side of the ice) leaves your team 1 man down and increases the oppositions chances of scoring. Getting penalised in this situation isn’t fair on the (human) player as it is bad practise to do this in real hockey not to mention annoying when they score!
What do you expect to see? Penalised pop up (-10 long shifts) or goal of you change lines.
