I tried to sign up for a GWC tournament and lost my entire Hut team.I linked my user to EA’s GWC tournament and my team lost.When I try to log in to Hut mode it is in the mode where I would start all over again and I would not have played any games, however the earned Trophies are saved.

Are you sure you're logged into the correct Gen version of the game? Players that contacted us before didn't realize they were loading up the Gen 4 version of the game when they were actually playing on Gen 5, or vise-versa. Check your games library to make sure you're on the right version of the game.
I logged in with the ps5 version but it is not a problem that I did not get the right to participate in the tournament but that my entire Hut team has disappeared from my user.
The game is in the state as if I had just bought it even though I have played about 500 matches of Hut games.Community AdminJoku47nhl
