Lost Players

I Pulled open 2 holiday packs and got a Pavel Bure in it (Photo to prove) but when i sent it to collection my game crashed and i do not have him anymore

    Me to I got C. Perry in my second pack and I probably won't get to keep him. I took pictures as well.

    I got Team  of the YEAR David Backes in a holiday pack. But no it doesn't want to keep him.
