Matchmaking in Drop-in 3's

I think it's more coincidence that you keep getting the same positions. Where are you located? Matchmaking is regional so it also depends on who is searching for a game at the same time you are.

Eastern Canada. Population says its usually high and search times are under 30sec. I choose G position 5 attempts in a row and get put with D every time but then I switch to D and it's the opposite. I don't get it. It woudn't be so bad if games filled out to a full 4v4 but that doesn't happen often.

That's not exactly a remote location so chances are good you should get more players. Do you have a PC by chance? If so let’s find out how your connection is reaching our servers. Thanks. I got your DM with the UO Trace. I don't see any issues with it. Do you also have the same problem when searching for 6s drop-ins?

No I don't play much 6s but any time I do I have no issues.

Is the issue with 3s happening at different times of the day or do you always play at the same time?

I typically play anywhere from 1pm est to 1am est. Issues are always present.

It sounds like your issue is related to the available pool of players when you're searching. I know it's frustrating to wait 10 minutes to get the perfect lineup. The best I can advise is to play games that don't completely fill up with human-controlled players.
