Missing perks and can’t backhand Tie up

Product: NHL 21
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know
What happens when the bug occurs? I don’t have my builds
What do you expect to see? Give my perks
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Since I have prestiged I have not got my perks

  • I am prestige level 10 my friends are lower and they have the badges I don’t have passing and I don’t have the bouncer and also I don’t have defensive stick badge in the red?????? Also while I’m at it for the last two games I haven’t been able to backhand tie up and I don’t know why and I’ve heard many other people have had the same issues. This makes it impossible for me to play centre in leagues and such which I’d actually prefer to play. Please email me

    Hi there, @TannerLuster 

    Can you go to the Unlocked tab and see if those options are available? As far as the backhand tie-up goes, can you get me some video of that? Thanks!

    Still the perks are locked they do not appear in the unlocked tab. As for backhand tie up. I can go down and when I push up it does absolutely nothing, I can’t even jump the gun with it. It is like it is not a thing in the game for me. If I go forhand I can tie up no problem, and I’ve been playing these games for years, I decided this year I’d try to actually get this looked at after all of last year I’ll send some videos as soon as I can

    @TannerLuster 

    You don't win faceoffs by going down and then up. On the backhand, you can go straight down, straight up or stick lift by rotating the stick from 9 - 12 or 3 - 12. If you can get some video of the problem, I may be able to help more.

    You are prestige 1, level 10? Can you get me a screenshot of your rank?

    I meant going down as In down for the face off but I figured out the issue, and here’s a picture of my rank, thanks appreciate the response
