How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I purchased a Sean Couturier XF card from auction. About a week or so later I got him in a pack as an untradable. The untradable version is missing. When I go to MY TEAM > MY COLLECTION > NHL > PHILLY. All owned cards are highlighted, while the unowned cards are dimmed out. The XF version of this card is dimmed out as if I do not own him. When I go to MY TEAM > MY COLLECTION to search all of my owned cards, the XF card that I purchased at auction is there. When I go to this card and hit the R3, for player info, the duplicate card icon is reflected on the card, indicating multiple of the same card. What happens when the bug occurs? The owned item is not highlighted under MY TEAM > MY COLLECTION > NHL > PHILLY. However it is reflected when using Y button to search entire collection
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the card and the duplicate item in MY COLLECTION

This is an issue we're aware of. Duplicate items aren't showing individually. Hopefully, we'll see this addressed soon, but we don't have any other details at this time.
