My team cant join dressing room anymore!

Product: NHL 19
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Do not know as it was the first time happening to us. And keep being a problem from that point on. Every dressroom seems to have been bugged for us both (2 players). It started right after playing a EASHL game.
What happens when the bug occurs? Just a error message occurs and then when clicking the A button, it takes us back to main menu. The error code is: AD038148AA8E2B87-0000000000009999-FB7DEDC0128E2129
What do you expect to see? Just gathering in the dressroom with my teammates.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

    Having the same issue. I cannot play any online game mode. This is ridiculous

    This is getting ridiculous. EA nHL is beyond frustrating this year. Not only did they fail to address the obvious issues of game play in World Of Chell EANHL, but the server and error issues have been garbage. It wouldn’t be as bad if they addressed what the problems were, or were actually fixing known issues. It’s always been my favorite game because I love hockey, but the fact that it’s my only option is maddening. My team can not get in the dressing room today... error code. Same the person before me. I live in Massachusetts. Please fix this!

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My friends and I attempt to enter World of Chel and receive error codes trying to enter. If we enter, we encounter dressing room errors.
    What happens when the bug occurs? Can't enter World of Chel. Can't play any online game modes.
    What do you expect to see? Functional servers and interfaces on NHL 19

    I am having the same issue only I cannot get into the mode at all.

    I called EA andthey justdont care anymore afterweall paid....
