Cannot * connect to your stupid game nor could I connect to your * god damn support line. Why do I * pay for this game?

Hello everyone,
I am having trouble connecting to NHL 16 multiplayer.
I tested my connection on the settings, and everything is perfect.
Nat type OPEN.
I plated Battlefield to confirm, and had no connectivity issues whatssoever.
Whenever I try to access multiplayer on NHL 16 (his has been going on for months)
I get a notification saying "Network connection issue" which basically says it's my internet that is the problem... but if I can play BF hardline, I should be able to play NHL 16
Please help .

If you experience connectivity issues with any of our online games, and you have exhausted all basic connection troubleshooting such as clearing the cache, adjusting privacy settings, or disabling firewalls, you may need to add a port to your network connection.
