NHL 09 PC - A little curious about something...

According to this Amazon listing of NHL 09 for PC I found, it apparently hasn't been discontinued yet, but it also says it's currently unavailable.

Have they just not bothered to change it to "Yes" or does EA actually still sell brand new copies of NHL 09 for PC? If they do, where do they sell them?

I would appreciate an answer from an EA representative
