NHL 14 GM mode Scouting issues

I have been playing NHL !4 since it came out. I play the GM mode. The problem I have is that the scouting is wrong.  Scout says its finished scouting places that it was never sent to. I when I send scout to a specific location & position to scout, the information coming back to me is from a different location & position. EA Sports is known for only having one update per game release. I have that update. It was suppose to fix that issue, but hasn't. A lot of us customers are irate with the lack of support from EA Sports. I want a quick response & fix to my issue or I stop forking out my hard earned for junk and zero support!
