NHL 14 Keeps freezing my PS3

everytime I try to play right before the game is about to start it freezes my system single mode or online does it on both game modes. Now I have done a system update and I tried erasing and installi...

What happens if you only reinstall the latest update? 

You would do this by going to the game section of the menu> going to "game data utility" > and deleting NHL 14. 


Usually that fixes issues I have in Madden.
