NHL '14 on Playstation 3 -- custom music?

In Season Mode on PS3, I have uploaded all of my custom music. However, I rarely hear this music during the game - only during goals or intermission. How do I get it to play music during every whistl...

    "We know about the problem and are working on a fix" is the most recent update from EA. Who knows how long it will take...
