This happens in the beginning of every NHL game. It has to do with the servers so all they have to do is fix the servers as they always do and it will be fixed. Just be patient it could take 1 day to a week but it will eventually be fixed.
They shouldn't release the game if it isn't 100% ready to be played and handled by there servers. IM a paying customer that paid the $60 to play a game as advertised. I think EA should compensate the people that play the game regularly and cannot level there player up with game wins because they are not counting. Some unlocked boost slots would be nice to even out the attribute points I could have by now but don't because of problems on EA's end
