[NHL 14] XBOX 360 ISSUE PLEASE HELP

At the main menu when I hit the LT\RT trigger the only ad that pops up is the  "have you tried the hut online seasons." there is no other page to change it to. I believe that ad is preloaded into the game. I checked my firewall, and am using a slim xbox that has factory settings, and I do not see a setting within the game to allow me to recieve these ads, please any assistance would be helpful.
