NHL 15 - Be a GM: Stats wiped out after a month - PS3

Hello,

   After completing a month of games in Be A GM mode on NHL 15, my player stats and team stats have reset to 0.  While I will have to restart, I would prefer to know this will not occur again when I start a new season.  

Please advise on how to fix this, if this is a known issue, or any updates forth coming to prevent this.
