nhl 15 be a pro glitch?

Hi everyone,

I've never posted before, so if my etiquette is a little off, please forgive me!

I'm way behind the times and am still playing NHL 15. I'm currently in the second season of live the life, having won the cup in my first season after being drafted #1 overall by Florida. I finished the rookie campaign with well over 200 pts (the assists wracked up), and like I said, won the cup. So I would have thought that that would have solidified my superstar status on the team and in the league. But now, six games into the second regular season of my character's career, with over 10 goals and about 6 assists (in six games), I am getting demoted down a line after every game – regardless of win or lose – with a message from the coach that says "please tell me you didn't do what I heard you did. I'm demoting you to teach you a lesson."

I literally have done nothing but win games and wrack up points, so this seems hella off.
