So, explain to me why I bother wasting my money on EA anymore? Yeah, they release great games....when they work right. Almost every EA game I've ever played has been so buggy that most are just down right unplayable. The problem is, they rush to get these games out and most seem like they're not even out of Beta yet. I'd rather wait an extra month or two for a good game that works the way it should. Instead, we get an "updated" version of NHL 14 that seems to work when it wants to. It really took them a year to make this game? Seems like they only put a few weeks of work into this. Updated rosters, a little bit better physics, and a broken HUT. I am also having the issue of trying to open My Packs, which seems like it should be a really really REALLY simple fix, like 10 minutes worth of work fix. FIX THIS NOW EA, FOR ALL THAT IS HOLY, FIX THE GAME WE, THE PLAYERS, PAY FOR, OR YOU'RE NEVER GETTING ANOTHER PENNY OUT OF US.....AND DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON HOW BUGGY YOUR OTHER "NEW RELEASES" ARE....now that I got that out of my system, I expect a bug or two. It goes with the territory of computer programming, and I get it...BUT THIS IS JUST PLAIN CRAZY!!!! GET OFF YOUR LAZY BUTTS AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!

If you guys are on Gen3 , would it be ok for our Studio to contact you guys so that you can help the NHL team reproduce and fix the issue? Any other users with the same issue (My Packs folder not opening on Gen 3), please drop your name in this thread if you're okay with our Studio contacting you to help fix this issue. If that is the case, please also give us the gamertag or PSN ID you're playing with.

Let me know how I can help? I play nhl 15 on xbox 360 and I have completed every national jersey (1 pack for each), every WHL team (3 packs a piece) and all but three QMHJL teams (three packs each). Not to mention the 15 pack pre-order that never unlocked. Those alone should be 100+ packs. All I get is a red exclaimation note on My Packs and can't open it

Can someone tell me if there is a solution to this problem? EA doesn't seem to have the collection issue posted anymore on the forum so I'm assuming there must be a solution now? I am on an Xbox 360. Any help would be great. I contacted EA a few weeks ago and was directed to the forum stating they were working on it. Still not working for my console though.. I haven't really been trying to collect players that much because of this..
I also haven't gotten any of my ultimate edition packs except the first week. Is this connected?
