Even though I'm a huge hockey fan, I've given up on the fact that this issue will get fixed....if it ever gets fixed, we'll get a half-hearted "apology" and that'll be about it. I've noticed that they have those special packs which cost like $6.99 if you don't have enough coin and I bet there's not problems with those (which I'll never spend real money on a game that I already paid for...sorry EA, I'm not falling for that trap). So, with the hope of this getting fixed dwindling every day, I will say that when NHL 16 comes out, I'll give it a shot (I should have a next gen console by then, because I doubt NHL 16 will be for 360 or PS3). If NHL 16 turns out to be just as broken as this one, I'm done. Not just with the NHL series, I mean with EA in general. Yeah, EA releases about 80% of the games out there, but I'm tired of spending money on half done games. For those of you that have not played other EA games, trust me when I say, very few of them are released completed and/or working correctly. As I've stated before, I expect a few bugs here and there, almost every game released has at least one and It's not really a big deal unless it takes away from the experience of the game, like this bug does. However, when a large amount of the games that EA releases feel incomplete and/or broken, I wonder to myself why I bother anymore. Well, I've reached my breaking point, and again, I'll give 16 a shot, but I'm done after that if it's as bad as this.
Sorry, EA, but maybe you guys should consider actually testing and possibly delaying your games so you can fix them...and even when you do delay games, ;you still release incomplete and broken games. I don't know what you're all doing, but this is sad and pathetic, and it's even more sad and pathetic that we, the players, still give EA our money knowing that they rarely release a working, complete game.....and seemingly don't really care either. The only real way this stops happening is if we quit giving them our money, then, and only then, will this **bleep** stop...maybe...if not, then EA goes out of business and someone else will take over and hopefully do things right. At least the other companies acknowledge their mistakes and fix them ASAP, not months plus after a game has been released. I mean, Square-Enix took 2 plus years (Yes you read that right...YEARS) to pretty much redo an entire game because the original release was **bleep**, and they gave the players something for their inconveniences. Sorry if that sounds mean to anyone at EA that might read this, but this is getting old and tiresome. Start taking care of your customers and maybe we won't get as upset as this. Oh, and don't worry, for those of you wondering, I've heard they've had a lot of problems on the next gen consoles as well, so we're not the only ones. This is the last time I'm posting on this matter, because at this point, I've pretty much given up hope that we'll see a fix any time soon. Who knows, maybe I'll be surprised, but I doubt it.....
