So i saw a comment on here saying that they were able to get the packs for nhl teams... so i had a few collections with just one card missing so i decided to do calgary, IT WORKED tho after i opened them there was still a bit ! for the other packs but at least the nhl collections seem to work
Yeah. NHL teams all seem to work. NHL Blue, NHL Red will NOT work. Any other collection will not appear and My packs remains with the warning triangle but click it and nothing happens.
It's been reported for a while and there's clearly an awful lot of people affected by it and yet no comms at all from EA. Not even an update saying we're still working on it. I'd rather them just say something is happening but it's not cracked yet rather than giving across that they are doing sod all and would rather concentrate on the XB1.
The fact that HUT15 has the NHL 13 tournament modes (SCF 2012 for example) doesn't fill me with conifdence that anything will be done. Not getting content you essentiall paid for and are owed is like telling EA I'll play your game but you'll have to wait for me to fix my chronic lack of funds before I pay you.
Great game in many respects but the lack fo communications during problems is a trainwreck.
yea, im pretty sure ea just put this game out for the money with no real care of last gen. they have talked on this post but im not quite sure if they have really reached out to any one to help solve this problem
I'm losing hope that there will be a resolution to this issue (as several of you have mentioned). If memory serves, I've had this issue since release. For me, the NHL (Golden mini pack) collections have always worked. It's the Red/Blue, Junior leagues, AHL etc (or Silver/Bronze mini packs) that don't work. First acknowledgement of the Collection Pack Bonus issue on this site appears to be 9/16.
I appreciate the fact that the disasterous release of the Xbone/PS4 required the attention of the entire development team (I assume), but we're closing in on 50 days of this known issue. To put it simply, the game "advertises" if you complete such and such collection - you get X amount of reward packs. EA put this in the game. Their description, their game. Has it ever worked? Were they ever able to "create" Bronze or Silver mini packs? I get the impression that's the hang up. They hadn't developed the non-tradable Bronze/silver packs that would be rewarded for completing non-NHL teams prior to release.
If you drill on the "solved" portion of this thread, it appears the Mods were contacted by the developers and an effort is being made. To what end? Where on the priority list is this? Historically with the NHL series - game updates and tuners tend to dry up by the end of October (just my observation). That's why I'm concerned that this will fall thru the cracks. How many people actually want to complete the non-NHL collections now that you can't farm coins/pucks? I, for one, like the new reward format. My goal is to create an entire team of non-tradable players. I still need the big NHL teams (PIT, CHI, WSH) but this collection issue has significantly diminished the fun that HUT has offered in the past.
