NHL 15 hut Lost coins and player in a transaction. How do I get it back?

Yea i have the s same problem, i offered a trade to someone and after waking up this morning it says i offered a trade with a player i dont even have on my roster, my other 3 players are nowhere to be found, ive talked to numerous support people and said they can give me back what was lost in a trade, when i didnt even receive what i wanted from the trade! i also didnt get the coins i traded back and now the offer says im only offering a bronze contract! if i dont get my ovechkin im going to flip out, this is not ok!
