NHL 16 EASHL beta problem PS4

So i  do dont get the download NHL 16 EASHL beta from the game, the only thing that it says is NHL news & alerts nothing else what can I do to fix it?

  1. Which platform are you on? Ps4
  2. Do you own the NHL 15 game? Yes
  3. Are you an EA Access member? No i don't
  4. If you own NHL 15 on PS3 / X360, did you opt in? If so, did you opt-in before the cut off on July 25, 11:59 AM PT? Did you check whether you received the access code on your EA/Origin account email? Make sure that you look in all your folders (including spam).    I have not got
  5. Are you 18+? yes

    @eetuv70 Hi,

    Did you try rebooting your PS4 and restarting the game yet? Where have you been looking for the beta? (It should be a new panel on the right hand side in the main menu hub).

    Last but not least, where are you located?
