NHL 16 No Longer Loads (Xbox One)

NHL 16 no longer loads on Xbox One.  It worked for about 6 weeks, and now nothing happens when we try to load the game.

XBL, PSN and our servers are all currently online and operational.

If you are still seeing a connectivity issue then please power cycle you router and retry.

If the issue still persists then please post your country, ISP and router make and model.

That didnt work and Im with rogers in Canada.
