NHL 16 Online mode Frame Rate (FPS) bad , input lag, offline good (PS4)

Same thing here.  My friends and I are all wired and if i can get a refund I am in for it.  It's unplayable.

i have found this forum with people reporting the problem plus a ign review that indicate the problem.

I have also disable upnp in my router, same thing.  Tried 3 routers.  Dlink, linksys and even try one pro which a fortigate and same exact thing.  We are in 3 different city, two guy are in the same.  Different providers so it can't be anything else then this game.
