NHL 16 Xbox One HUT Daily Rewards

I bought the digital NHL 16, and the HUT Daily Rewards is not working. Is there an issue?  This sucks!  And for some stupid reason, it blocked me from making my typical multiplayer label for my fan as non appropriate.  My team is WngTenasciousFan (as Red Wings Tenacious Fan), and I put WTF as team and would not accept.  Its not profanity, and acronyms can mean anything.  I do not swear in any of the games I played, its just plane stupid.  I have paid good money, for silly 3 letter sensor ship with no vowels.
