NHL 16 Xbox one will not launch

NHL 16 on Xbox one will not launch. I get a manage subscriptions error message. (0x803f800b). We have a gold account. I have unplugged the Xbox and uninstalled/ reinstalled. What's next?

Fully power off your console and disconnect the power for a full minute before powering back up and retrying.
