My 2 friends too lost packs when play in NHL17 again. One friend lost 10 packs another friend 7 pack lost. I tell them call to https://help.ea.com/en/ . Support can help and return packs

I didn't lose packs, I just haven't received any. The physical copy of the Deluxe Edition is supposed to give you one bonus gold pack per week for 25 weeks. I received the pack on release day but I haven't gotten one for the current week. I've contacted their support team twice and they keep telling me to wait. If it hasn't shown up by Sunday, I'll be contacting them again and it won't be a pleasant conversation.

As far as weekly packs are concerned, the end of the week is Sunday at 11:59PM so if you have logged into hut this week that is the cutoff for getting packs.

I logged into HUT on September 13th (release day) and received two returning user bonus packs and one gold pack as part of the Deluxe Edition. I understand that I would not have received any more that week. Correct me if I'm wrong but beginning 12:00AM Monday, September 19th, I should receive one gold pack for this week, correct? I logged into HUT multiple times on Mon, Wed, and now today and there is no bonus pack for the week. I've contacted your support team via live chat twice now and they have told me to wait both times. They confirmed that I had not received the pack but said it could drop as late as Saturday which seems ridiculous to me. Is this correct? Any help is appreciated because this is getting very frustrating. I had issues with HUT throughout the entire duration of NHL 16 and now 17 isn't off to a great start.
