Barry,
I logged into HUT on September 13th (release day) and received two returning user bonus packs and one gold pack as part of the Deluxe Edition. I understand that I would not have received any more that week. Correct me if I'm wrong but beginning 12:00AM Monday, September 19th, I should receive one gold pack for this week, correct? I logged into HUT multiple times on Mon, Wed, and now today and there is no bonus pack for the week. I've contacted your support team via live chat twice now and they have told me to wait both times. They confirmed that I had not received the pack but said it could drop as late as Saturday which seems ridiculous to me. Is this correct? Any help is appreciated because this is getting very frustrating. I had issues with HUT throughout the entire duration of NHL 16 and now 17 isn't off to a great start.
In that case, please have your pack status verified by an EA Advisor as detailed previously in this thread.

What detail are you referring to? I've contacted EA twice through live chat, my pack status WAS verified the second time and I was still told to wait. I have a case # too. What steps do I need to take in order to have this taken care of?

I've seen cases before where there was an issue with the code for the Deluxe Edition, or the code wasn't at all redeemed. If this has been checked and all is well then all you can do for now is wait.
Make sure to log in at least once a week in order to access new packs.

I am every day online and I got no packs. Nothing happend.
