NHL 17 Issues PS4 Digital

So I bought the new nhl 17 game from the playstation store and been having a couple problems. First is I can barely hear the goal horn and goal volume in the game even with everything else turned down. I have NHL 16 on a disc and put it in and tested that and it sounded fine so I know it's the game. 2nd issue is when I am in franchise mode in the trade screen I have trouble adding players as it wont let me scroll down and add another item aka player unless i go back over to the other teams side and then back again.
