Nhl 17 pre order code

Hi, my name is michael; Last night i went to walmart at midnight to purchase a pre order copy of nhl 17 standard edition, which stated that you would get a equipment bundle and 94 team celebration with a pre order copy. I vot home opened the package and there was no code in the game and no code on the reciept. Please help my son is not happy with me, is it at all possible to achieve a pre order password for nhl 17 either from ea or from purchasing a add on through playstation network?
