NHL 17 Won't load to the main menu

Then the game starts on my Xbox one, it asks me to press A to start. I do and I get a white screen with a small circle in the top right hand corner that says connecting.. and it just stays there. I have let it sit like this for about a hour and it never errored out. I have EA excess and a disc copy and I have tryed both ways and the problem still continues. I have hard reset my Xbox one, reset my modem & router, I have cleared my cache, I have even uninstalled my game and reinstalled it, I even installed NHL 17 on another Xbox one in my house and I tryed it again and I am still haveing the same problem. I NEED SOME HELP!!!
