NHL 18 franchise Mode fantasy draft not working

When I go to turn on fantasy draft in franchise Mode the entire setting is missing. It’s like it doesn’t exist.

    Annoyingly you can only do Fantasy Draft in "Classic" BAGM - plus this year you can only replace NHL teams with created teams, which sucks.
