NHL 18 GM Connected?

Is there any rumors going around they we will finally see the return of GM Connected or a Superstar Connected like in Madden? They're such fun game modes and sucks that they're in pretty much all online sporting games excluding NHL.

    WHY DO THEY KEEP PUTTING MODES IN LIKE SEASON MODE AND PLAYOFF MODE DOES ANYBODY EVEN PLAY THOSE MODES... OUR VOICES KEEP GETTTING IGNORED... PERHAPS IF THEY LISTEN TO THE FAN BASE THEY MAY MAKE MORE MONEY

    No DG Connected = I DONT BUY !

    NHL 17 is same i dont buy if this mode is not there
