NHL 19 Create a Team and EASHL club helmet color issue

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In cerate a team there are issues with the color selection in several ways.
What happens when the bug occurs? Team colors dissapears from team colors and recent occasionally. I have only managed to acces the option to select color from existing teams at one occasion. When setting helmet color only standard colors are possible. Not team color or color wheel.
What do you expect to see? fully customizable colors for all color fields and access to team colors and colors from existing teams in the menu. I also would love to have a goalie mask customization in the same way as pads glove etc, but an easy fix would be to add more single color pro style masks and generic pro style masks or give the option to set color from team colors like for the skater helmets

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into “create a team” mode or “franchise” mode and create a team, after half way getting through picking jerseys and colours and stuff, the game will freeze and crash.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game will freeze and make a buzzing noise and the crash and return to my Xbox homepage.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to create a team and not have it crash and lose all of the progress every single time.

 This has happened 3 times to me on 2 different NHL 19 discs for X Box one.

Has happened to me twice trying to create a team for Franchise mode, both times it happened while picking pants style.
