NHL 19 Franchise - Division Realignment Question

Started Franchise as Expansion 32nd team (Seattle). When I originally started was given opportunity to re-align divisions,

which i did. Seattle in Pacific, Arizona to Central. All worked fine. My question is, after 5 seasons in Seattle I noticed

the Owner had a willingness to relocate team so I thought what the heck - and relocated to Cleveland.

However team is still in Pacific division and unless I missed something there was no opportunity to do ANOTHER

division re-alignment. I'm not too *-retentive so I can live with it...lol, but just wanted to know if that's the way the

game is or did I miss something.
