Hi, I download NHL 19 earlier this weak and I tried to play online but a window with " please go see ea.com/unable-to-connect " appear . So I can't have acces to any NHl 19 online games mode. But, I can, still play online in Nhl 18 and FIFA 18. I tried to restore my PSN liscences and uninstalling the game files and reinstalling the game, still nothing. After I reset my PS4 completly, still can't play online. So what I can do Next for resolve the problem ?Thank You

Thanks for your answer but, I already went trough this process and it didn't worked. Liked I said I can play online with every other EA game exept NHL 19.

Is there a solution to my problem ?

Hey @lavyBOYS, are you on Wifi or cable network to your PS4, and I'm assuming you have PSN+?

I am using a LAN cable and yes a I habe an active psn+ account

Do you use wifi or cable connection for the PS4?

Have you done any local gaming for NHL 19? If no remove local and cloud saves for NHL19.

I use a cable, but whether i try with wifi it still dont do anything. Also i bring my ps4 to a friend house and i was able to play online (wifi) with. Does that mean i have a problem with my router ?

Hey, @lavyBOYS that could be the router issue or ISP issue.

I recommend power cycling the router and make sure it's up to date. If it fails after that poke your ISP and see what they can help with.
