NHL 19 Impossible to Play Online

Hi, I download NHL 19 earlier this weak and I tried to play online but a window with " please go see ea.com/unable-to-connect " appear . So I can't have acces to any NHl 19 online games mode. But, I can, still play online in Nhl 18 and FIFA 18. I tried to restore my PSN liscences and  uninstalling the game files and reinstalling the game, still nothing. After I reset my PS4 completly, still can't play online. 

So what I can do Next for resolve the problem ?

    I’m also in quebec , (Lachine) and have been having this problem for a while at least 6 months both nhl 18 and 19
