NHL 19 Salary Cap off bug

Product: NHL 19
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? While the salary cap is turned off in franchise mode, attempt to trade Johan Franzen for any 7th round pick on any team (even teams that wish to "give away" their's.
What happens when the bug occurs? A trade rejected pop's up stating: "I've got good news and bad news. The good news is that you've crafted a proposal that in other circumstances, the (Team) would be inclined to agree is a fair market deal for what you are after. Now the bad news, the need we are looking to fill isn't dire enough that we'd be willing to absorb the contract of Johan Franzen."
What do you expect to see? Honestly, I expect that if it's a fair trade, for it to go through, especially if you select easy trades. With the salary cap being off, salary absorption is a non issue. Therfore, trades like this, should be accepted. If you want to argue that not all teams can afford to pay players or whatever, then at least give the option to retain salary even if the cap is off.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Offline

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 12:00am
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? White Maverick7
