NHL 19 Sim Engine Crash Franchise Mode

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can find the bug when creating an expansion team and, i'm guessing, not using the expansion team. I haven't tried it with an expansion team but every time I submit my protection list, sim to the expansion draft, and attempt to sim through the expansion draft, the game crashes with error code CE-34878-0 coming up.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game stops working, come up with an error code, and closes the game forcing you back to the Playstation home page.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the expansion draft simmed so i can continue on through franchise mode and play.
