Hi there, @Beauch11.

You can disable the guest commentary from the settings screen from the main menu.

For the lag you started facing recently, that could be due to a big increase in traffic in your area due to most everyone staying home these days. If you haven't power cycled in a while, that should be done with the following steps: with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

@EA_Aljo Hi, thank you for the response. I have been experiencing this for awhile actually. I just recently thought to look into some help on this. I have a wired connection. I did your reboot which hasnt seemed to help. I am even finding flipping through menus are slow to respond even when offline. Sometime commends dont respond at all. I believe this all part of the issue.

        I have a couple of suggestions for you. First, try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:

        Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
        Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
        Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

        Also, try using alternate DNS servers with these instructions: From the Xbox One home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4

        Let me know what happens.
