I have a couple of suggestions for you. First, try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:
Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
Also, try using alternate DNS servers with these instructions: From the Xbox One home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4

@EA_AljoHi, Thank you for your response, i had hopes somthing might work but unfortunatly things are the same. I get intermittent responses where I cannot pass or shoot the puck, or somtimes it can delay a players turning. Its just a blip, split second response but its like the game lags or voids controller commands all together in that split second, and it happen often throught the game.
I have tested my connection multiple times, everything seems to be really good.
- 6 years agoi have the same problem on PS4, and the connection is great and stable 20ms ..
- 6 years ago@MaraSGc Try moving chel between hard drives if you have an external hard drive. I find that’s helping me lately. If you don’t have an external hard drive I’m not sure what could do it. I’ve tried reinstalling on the same drive and it doesn’t impact it like reinstalling on a different drive.
