Nhl 20 sunset?

my name is mike, I don’t normally post publicly online, but I just got off chat with an EA NHL HUT support person and they suggested I share here. 

I have been playing hut since 2012 and honestly never had issues since I had a lot of free time to play. As I’ve gotten older I found myself having less and less time to play and stay up to date with everything being released. I went from knowing the value of each card without looking at the market to not evening recognizing the different collections types lol. 

As a fan of the game and the sport, I hope to continue playing for years to come, but one issue I never faced before, that I am currently facing now is that I can’t stay up to date with the sets. I unfortunately do not play every day anymore, even though I want too, and lose out on opportunities to complete sets. 

I want to stress the important of Sunsets for players like myself who miss out on time frames of sets due to school/ exams/ work etc. 

I had an exam on Wednesday (final real estate exam) and obviously due to that I was limiting my play time more than usual. I hopped online a few days earlier to make sure I got a TEAM OF THE YEAR NOMINEE CARD  to complete the set. I bid 250,000 coins on a card just to realize I was 2 gold collectibles short. STUPID me, I completely overlooked the time remaining to complete the set, and I am admitting it is my fault. I turned off my Xbox and told myself I’ll finish the set tomorrow, since I had the exam and needed to study/ get sleep. Now I am stuck with a 250,000 coin nominee card that I can not use for anything. it is really unfortunate now, since that was basically all the coins I had. 

please EA, do something for players like me who come back year after year and support the game. Update/ add sunsets after each set expires.
