Hi there, @Hhgtrftytg.

I moved your message from Apex to the NHL forums. As far as your issue goes, what is happening? I'm currently able to connect to the HUT servers. Also, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    And no it didn't help woth unplugging my router and modem so whats the issue everything else works but you guys and im trying to play a game with my brother who lives across the country this is not acceptable as a full paying customer
