We'll need to get this logged down first. I am not sure how reproducible this is. If others can confirm positions and when they exactly experience this and the level of their player we can get an idea where in the timeline it happens. These games are saved locally and there is unfortunately no method through our tools to correct this outside of a patch/update, therefore all we can do on our end in the community is gather the info for the team to bug it.

The game video freezes at the beginning of a coach conversation when simming from April 14, 2026.
The coach walks into frame and the game video freezes just as the discussion options are about to show up while the audio continues for at least 10 seconds.

This was not able to make it into the latest build. The team is aware of it and we'll flag this down to let them know it's continuing to drive frustration from the forum community here.

You guys just came out with 2 updates and still no update to get be a pro fix .. What about the people who enjoy play be a pro are we not important tooo.....Just goes to show how ea treats the non online players pretty sad ...Is this going to be fixed or not thats what the community wants to know and when....2 updates already and still the problem with dialog glitches in the game are still not fixed ...We have too many hour in our career to give up....Ea please fix it and lets us know something whats going on over there..Ive been waiting for a fix since march ....
