Those don't have responses because we don't have any updates. Bug reports typically get responded to when we have some information or need more details. Otherwise, we treat them as bug submissions. Those don't always get responses, but we make note of the issues being reported so they can be investigated.

So, for example, I’ve been very vocal about wanting the junior season before the draft to be returned to BAP mode. Would this be ignored if there is no info on it? Or would it be answered with a “we’re looking into bringing it back” or a “it’s not coming back at all” or anything like that?

Yeah no problem as I just went ahead and bought digital  version as no retailers in Australia knew anything about when or if it will be ever be released on disc

Great! I'm glad you're able to play. Sorry about not having the disk available there. I'm not optimistic that's going to change.
